  15. The  xvs.library  contains all virus recognitions and disinfection code that
  16. was formerly included inside VirusZ.  This step has been taken for one major
  17. reason:   VirusZ,  Virus_Checker, Virus_Executor and all the other antivirus
  18. software  can  be updated quickly without releasing the whole packages every
  19. time a new virus appears.

  21. So simply install the xvs.library from this archive to your LIBS:  drawer to
  22. get 100% protection against the latest viruses.

  24. To be able to check if the library in this archive really came straight from
  25. the  author,  you  can use my public key with the .sig files in the archive.
  26. If  you  are  not sure or do not trust the included key, then you can always
  27. request  an  original  copy straight from me (by email, see below) or get it
  28. from the VHT-Denmark homepage.

  43.     - Fixed bug in xvsSurveyMemory() that appeared with MorphOS port of
  44.       reqtools.library. Thanks to Harry Sintonen for the report.
  45.     - Added "Elvin-Agga" bootblock virus. Thanks to Johnney Greever for
  46.       sending this stone-old bastard (it seems to be from 1990!).
  47.     - Fixed recognition for "Butonic 1.1" and "Kefrens 2" bootviruses to
  48.       avoid false detections when scanning for bootblocks in files.
